Collab Opportunity
Had a young kid (16 maybe) in the studio yesterday to record a track he's written.
He's strictly a piano/vocal guy, so I thought it might be a good one to open up for an ST collaboration, and maybe even at the end, fodder for the next Mix-off? So drums, guitars, bass, horns, strings, synth, backing vocals, bagpipes? Whatever you think (keep it real) you can add. It's a simple tune, but I think has the potential to be pretty darn nice. Please don't use the attached mp3 to track to. Sounds good so far for the basic track. Maybe some higher harmonies would add to the main vocal track?

Hmmmmm two bass players..... going well so far LOL.
LochStar - The Backward Buccaneer has first dibs on bass, and I'm kinda leaning toward playing the drums myself. I'll let you know.

Love the track!! I think it needs a chorus and a bridge. I play pedal steel, and lap steel guitar, bass and keys. I would be willing to take a stab at arranging this..
