It should be. However-if the unit was ever in for a repair, they might not have put in that power supply.....hence the label.

i m in singapore right now doing a live band recording project..at the moment i have to use profire lightbridge and profire2626 runs protools mpowered...2D sounding which i dont like..until deeps is really in working conditions..

Get it checked out by an engineer, Suzie-they'll put a good power supply in for you cheaply.

ok the unit will be transported out today for check and will ask them to replace with new power supply..

hi everyone..my deeps is doing fine..power supply was replaced with 240v for our region..the burn smell was a transformer slight damage overheat due to power supply used 120v AC..but all fine now..tonight i m going to try Frankenstein vst for Lexicon convolutions via altiverb...i m at work now..can i run CONSOLE together with aksys track/meterbridge display on same pc?thanx everyone..

Glad you got it sorted out. Definitely need to have the right power supply for your local voltage. I am sure some of the DPS users here will be able to answer your other questions.

You can and running "Franky" is wonderful. Once you've configured console and the proper settings you can use any plug in you'd like and as many as you wish.

Oh... one more thing I forgot to mention. Once you've got "Franky" set up be sure to save the patches as a template in your DPS24. This way you can recall them whenever you'd like...

hi everyone..been too busy prepare for the upcoming theatre musical projects so finally i have time to explore DEEPS..i have one problem..that is why aksys track view RUNS so fast all out of sudden..time code and bar runs fine except for the track display..any clue?thanx
