But the ducking ids a good idea, a bit of it is already there but obviously not enough in the rythm guitars on the solo. Appreciate your comments!
When I said squashed, I didn't mean like overcompressed squashed. More like someone shoved cottonwool in my ears.

If it's going to be mastered, I'd suggest posting the mixes here without the final effects and just tell us to turn up the volume when we listen. That way we can give more accurate comments.

Wow Joey, love this. Sounds to me that you're going into new territory compositionally, keep going with this direction! I hope you'll post this on soundclick, I want to add it to my station!

Gotta love this rock. It has a nice retro rock feel. very nice Joey. The vocals are a little distant???? As if the guitars take the stage and the vocals are well heard....but softer? Can't put my finger on it. Vocals may need intensity. Love the song though and the quality of every part.

OK listening to 3rd mix ...

Rockin' tune as always from you. sounds really good to me ... nice vocals ... smokin' guitar. not much I can nitpick on this one ... vocals sounded little phazy too me - may be mp3 - what rate is it? See its 192 but sounds 128ish?

Anyway - cool tune, good mix, excellent!

Thanx Cammy and Ken!

The vocals have a chorus on them, maybe that's what's making them sound phasey, so I might need to draw it back a little. And in the chorus they are doubled.
Appreciate the comments!
