Hi, and welcome.
I'll look at that for you, I haven't used mine in so long, and never really used any hardware effects, just recorded the songs into Soundforge, then added them.
I'll dig it out, and see what I find. I'm off to work now.

Well, you can bounce the tracks to 7 & 8, and use the "insert' jacks, or just run the monitor out to the input of your processor, if you're using an external CD recorder, as I did.

My older brother bought a Fostex X-15 in the mid eighties and he'd let me use it. I think he paid $800 or $900 bucks for it brand new.

I had a bunch of hard rock tunes that I'd written on piano and I'd use the fostex to see how the songs sounded in finished form by replacing the piano with electric guitars, using a crappy keyboard drum machine and then adding bass.

I remember being so excited doing the demos. The Christmas of 1987 I locked myself up in my room for three days recording steady, morning til night. I remember running down to the kitchen once a day to slam down a banana sandwich really quickly and then I'd rush back upstairs to continue recording. I starved myself from the beginning to the end of that project.

I even accidently learned about the doubling technique with that machine. I used to always double my vocals.....I still like that sound.

When the demo was finished and I stepped back into reality it felt weird....It was like I'd been gone for 3 days and was now back home. But I prefered the excitement of my musical, recording fantasy world. It was damn exciting for me!
